This project was a full refurbishment to an existing commercial unit in Chelsea, London, UK including a roof extension with an approximate construction value of £650,000. Structural alterations were undertaken to the existing floor structure and we converted inaccessible flat roof space into a usable terrace all within a RBKC conservation area.
