Students and Graduates

Most of our team joined us as students, many from Imperial College London. We encourage our graduate and student engineers to grow with the business, working on a wide range of temporary and permanent projects under the expert guidance of engineers with up to six decades’ experience.

Join our team and we’ll help you get your career off the ground with an IStructE chartership – an internationally respected qualification of competence that opens doors to a range of professional pathways.

Personal and professional development

Everyone has the opportunity to develop their skills and gain experience at LSY – both inside and outside the office. You’ll be encouraged to progress in all aspects of your career through training and development alongside invitations to get involved in fun activities.

Every February we embark on an annual ski trip to Austria, and we regularly take part in fundraisers for charity, like our 2022 sky dive for the Make a Wish Foundation.
