Meet the Team

Successful projects are delivered by experienced, motivated engineers. At LSY, our team brings together over 130 years of combined engineering experience, with individual team members contributing decades of knowledge across the industry. Our senior team includes Brian Turner with over 50 years of experience, Patrick Keating with over 35 years, and Seán Young and Daniel Kennedy with over 15 years each. This depth of experience, combined with the energy and innovation of our developing engineers, enables us to minimise risk and deliver high-quality solutions across a wide range of projects. Our clients span many disciplines, including architects, building surveyors, contractors, developers, estate agents, investors, property funds, project managers and housing associations.

We believe that knowledge is priceless, which is why our senior LSY staff are professionally accredited with IStructE. We’re also passionate about sharing our knowledge, allowing us to help shape the next generation of engineers. Many of our team joined us as students or early-career engineers, bringing energy, innovation and initiative to drive us forward. Across the team, we have experience spanning a wide range of civil and structural engineering disciplines, together with an in-depth understanding of the construction process, giving our clients confidence that their projects are in expert hands.
