Surveys

A survey should give you a clear picture of a property or location so you can make well-informed choices ahead of any transaction. We offer a range of comprehensive surveys for private investors, property funds, insurance companies and housing associations, including:

  • Condition Surveys
  • Geotechnical investigation scopes
  • Tell-tale crack monitoring
  • Structural surveys
  • Subsidence surveys
  • Carpark Life-Cycle Care Plan

Ahead of a survey, we conduct a desk study phase to gather information, using our in-house template report to create an initial assessment of the property.

This stage is essential in ensuring an efficient, correct and client-focused report which identifies issues as early as possible.

Our experienced structural engineers then perform the survey and afterwards, all reports, documentation and photos are thoroughly reviewed.

The final report is signed off by a minimum of two chartered civil or structural engineers to ensure peace of mind and the highest standards of quality for our clients.
