We are currently seeking a motivated Business Support Manager to join our team in London.

Job Summary:

As a Business Support Manager at LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work on live ongoing projects while receiving support from a team of experienced professionals, ranging from graduates to chartered engineers. Your role will involve collaborating with our internal team, suppliers and clients and manage internal systems. We are committed to supporting your professional development. 

Requirements:

• Managing accounts and Invoices on Xero and Workflow Max including payroll, invoices and financial planning. 

• Helping with implementing business development strategies for growing practice.

• Taking responsibility for marketing including social media, website, case studies and internal marketing plans.

• Organizing company events, networking events, trips and social plans.

• Managing company travel.

• Coordination of CPD and training with in-house staff and suppliers.

• Ability to manage internal CRM system WorkflowMax.

• Managing company’s Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001 internal and external audits.

• Bid management on tenders. 

• Preparing monthly meeting agendas, ability to attend internal meetings and present.

• Preparing tender packages and structural reports. 

• Data analysis on projects. 

• Work efficiency with good written English skills.

• Completing work to agreed timescales, program and budgetary constraints.

• Desire to work in team environment, both with other engineers, architects and with other professionals. 

• Ability to work under medium & low level of supervision. 

• Highly organised and ability to work on multiple tasks.

• Experience at MS Office package. 

• Fluent in English. 

What successful candidate would ideally also demonstrate is:

• Experience in data analysis ideal but not essential. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability and willingness to learn new programs.

• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.

• Strong email management skills.

• Ability to be creative with marketing.
