Lanark Road is based in Maida Vale, London, UK and is a residential development of concrete frame construction including a basement. LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd carried out the design of sheet piles, formwork, access platforms and temporary excavation supports for crane base construction.

Holloway Road is based in London, UK and is a residential development of concrete frame construction including basement construction. LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd carried out the design of sheet piles, underpinning, formwork and the temporary propping required for the boundary walls.
Hatton Cross Hotel, Hatton Cross, London, UK
This Hotel involved the construction of a double basement and six storey RC Frame next to Hatton Cross Station. This was a challenging project logistically, as the hotel was under a flight path, and we were subject to heavy crane restrictions. LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd carried out the sheet pile designs, temporary batter designs for excavations and thrust block design.

King's College School is a selective independent school in Wimbledon, London, UK. The project involved the construction of a new swimming pool. LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd carried out the design of sheet piles, formwork, access platforms and temporary excavation supports for the installation of a new pumping station.

Savill Court Hotel, Wick Lane, Englefield Green, UK
This project was an £18 million state of the art 5-star hotel with a double story basement in the Royal Borough of Windsor. The basement, constructed completely below the ground water table, was in excess of 8000m². LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd undertook the temporary works designs including piling platform designs, crane base certification, sheet pile designs. thrust block designs, backpropping certification, scaffold base design and placing boom temporary backpropping certification.
