This project is a grade II listed refurbishment project in central London for a basement flat. The internal refurbishments involved the removal of several structural walls where LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd designed a number of steel box frames, foundations, underpinning design and have also been undertaking site inspections as the work progresses on site.
Ebury Street, Belgravia, London, UK
This project is a Grade II listed residential building in Belgravia, London, UK. LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd were involved providing feasibility advice on a proposed roof extension and basement extension. LSY were also involved in providing a building survey prior to purchase.
Methodist Church, Chapel Lane, Chalgrove, UK
This project was a former Methodist church which was extended to form two new detached houses. The structural works involved a full refurbishment of the internal areas of existing property which involved the installation of a number of new steel structures. LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd were involved in a certification role of the structural calculations for the project.
