Mixed use development in London, UK. The project involved a complex basement conversion of existing vaults which were lowered by 1.2m and refurbishment works to internal areas of the property which involved the removal of several structural walls. LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd carried out the design of several steel frames, foundations, underpinning and undertook site inspection as the works progressed on site.
Liberty Lane, Dublin 8, Ireland
Liberty Lane is a mixed use 240m² new development located in Dublin City Centre. The project consisted of commercial, retail and residential space. The structure consisted of a three storey steel frame constructed on a piled raft foundation to BIM level 2.
