Annavillia, Dublin 6, Ireland
This project consisted of a three storey steel cantilevered framed structure in Dublin city centre, Ireland designed to BIM level 2. The existing commercial units were demolished and and converted to residential accommodation. LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd undertook the full civil and structural design of the project which included a steel frame, underpinning, below ground drainage, site supervision and condition surveys.

This projects involved internal refurbishment works to the existing property including the removal of a several structural walls. LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd were involved in the structural design of the project and site supervision.

Queen Road was a housing development in Croydon, UK which involved the refurbishment of an existing three storey property including the basement. LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd role involved undertaking the full civil and structural design which included the design of a number of steel frames, foundation designs, RC detailing, underpinning, site supervision and co-coordinating with a timber frame supplier.
